How do I get a receipt (paid invoice) for my payment?

  • Click HERE to log in to your Member Profile
  • On your profile page, hover over the My Profile tab in the upper left corner and click Invoices
  • Click on the ID Number of the invoice.
  • You can view or print the invoice.

How do I pay my invoice?

  • To see and pay your invoice online, please follow these steps:
    • Click HERE to log in to your Member Profile
    • On your profile page, hover over the My Profile tab in the upper left corner and click Invoices
    • Click on the ID Number of the invoice with a balance due.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the invoice and click the Pay Now button.
    • Follow the payment instructions. A paid invoice/receipt will be emailed to you immediately.

What is my membership status?

  • Click HERE to log in to your Member Profile - you membership expiration date is the second item.
  • If your Expiration Date is June 30, 2020, you are paid and up-to-date.

What does the error message "You are ineligible to take this form. Please contact your administrator" mean?

  • There is usually one of two reasons for this error:
    • If you have already completed and submitted this form, the system is preventing you from making a duplicate payment.
    • You are trying to renew your membership, but you are not a current member. Please see "What is my membership status?" above. If you need further assistance, please call 866.241.3295.
